That’s why we recently brought our full sales team to an offsite event in Cancun, Mexico, for a unique and productive retreat. This offsite event combined a theme of “Holding Our Piece” with specialized training and team-building activities designed for learning and growth. The result was a cohesive team that was aligned, energized, and ready to take on the challenges of the coming year. This retreat offered a platform to sharpen skills, reflect on successes, and develop new strategies—all while fostering collaboration among our talented team members.
