Tammy brings 25 years of hands-on Sales and Marketing experience in sales leadership roles, having launched her career with Hilton Hotels and working in the trenches of this fast paced and competitive industry, for over a decade. Her pioneering spirit and entrepreneurial drive inspired Tammy to launch Gillis, a hospitality consulting and training company in 2014 because she saw a gap in how sales people were being onboarded into the industry and felt they were not being set up for success. She has a passion for improving not only the skill set but also the mindset of sales professionals.
Tammy and her team have developed a proprietary Dynamic Sales Solution program for focused-service hotels operating without a sales team and has disrupted the traditional hotel sales model. By developing and executing a sustainable and profitable sales strategy on their behalf, this innovative and very successful program helps hotels compete more proactively in their local market to achieve long lasting results.
